Started watching Judge from Hell.
Not a big Park Shin Hye fan but I like the story so I will give it a shot.
I actually like her acting here and she is acting like a maniacal demon quite well. Even if I do not know how a maniacal demon would act.
So far we are up to Ep 4 and we can't avoid the romance element here. There have been musings that this is a cross between 'My Demon' and 'Taxi Driver' and I see the similarities.
It's only 14 episodes long so I hope the momentum can continue.
The first story about the stalker sociopath is very real. Gaslighting and fear are the weapons that this type of person uses to keep people under their control. It was brutal but I was satisfied by the end when I realised that the premise of these stories are to let these perpetrators have a taste of what they put their victims through.
The second story about the murderous stepmom does tug at the heartstrings and the evil hearts of humans who would do anything for money and hide behind a veil of respectability is also all so real.
The next story is intriguing, the perpetrator possibly has a mental deficit? Hmmm...
